For more than 30 years the Air Products Developmental Cycling Program at the Valley Preferred Cycling Center has been the starting point for many of America�s best track cyclists. # Bicycle Education Classes All CAT bicycle safety courses are taught by certified League of American Bicyclist (LAB) Instructors. The LAB bicycle safety classes for children and adults, called BikeEd, are the only national bicycle education program.

Community Bike Works
Community Bike Works was conceived by Allentown residents with backgrounds in education, drug abuse prevention, vocational training, mechanics, business, and community action. Community Bike Works develops and uses peer role models, adult mentors, and bicycles to draw boys and girls, ages 9 to 17, into the program and away from drugs, crime, and the streets.
