Coalition for Appropriate Transportation

At CAT we believe that there is a better way: walking, bicycling, using mass transportation systems. Every mile not driven in an average single passenger American automobile means one less pound of carbon dioxide emissions. Walk-able and bike-able communities are simply better places to live, where people not only get to know each other, but even improve their health through the simple act of getting to where they need to go.
